As all sessions are tailored to your needs, you won't need to figure out if you need deep tissue, swedish, cupping etc. You pick the length based on what needs to be worked on or how you want to feel and the details and pressure will work itself out.
45 Minutes Sessions are perfect for more specific work in a particular focus area. This allows appropriate time for warming up the area, identifying the issues and working to resolve it.
This is the most popular session length. This time allows us to work on the whole body, spending just the right amount of time on any areas of focus and allows the body to relax.
Choose this session when you need just a little bit more time on the table to accomplish your goals.
Choose 90 minutes when looking for complete and udder relaxation or if you have multiple areas of concern.
